Casselberry Pro Plumbing is a plumbing company with an office at 1211 Semoran Blvd, Casselberry, FL 32707. We dispatch licensed plumbers to homes and small businesses in Casselberry and nearby towns. Our 24/7 emergency line is (407) 964-8940.

Using this website

This website is for general information about plumbing and our services. It is not a substitute for an on-site diagnosis, and nothing on it is a binding offer. Blog posts and guides describe common situations, but your home may differ.

Do not rely on the site for emergencies. If water is escaping, shut off the main valve and call the phone line. If anyone is in danger, call 911.

Scheduling and arrival

Appointments are made by phone. Same-day appointments are offered when available. We do not promise a specific arrival time or response time, and any estimate of travel time on this site is only an estimate.

If we need to change a visit, we will tell you as soon as we can. Please tell us if you need to cancel or if access to your property changes.

Pricing and approval

A plumber diagnoses the problem on site and gives you a clear price before work starts. Work begins only after you approve it. If the plumber finds a new issue during the job that changes the scope, we will stop, explain it and ask for your approval again.

Figures given by phone before a diagnosis are general information, not a price. Charges depend on access, parts, scope and the work involved.

Licensed plumbers

Plumbing work is done by licensed plumbers, and we are licensed and insured. You may verify any Florida contractor at MyFloridaLicense.com. Permit rules vary, so ask the Casselberry Building Division, or the county or city that serves your address.

Your responsibilities

You confirm that you own the property or have authority to approve work. Please give safe access to the work area, and tell us about hazards such as standing water near electrical equipment or pets that could be harmed.

Please check your own insurance policy. Homeowners insurance often covers sudden and accidental damage but typically not the failed part itself or gradual leaks and wear.

No promises about results

We work carefully, but plumbing involves aging parts, hidden conditions and things nobody can see until a wall or floor is opened. We make no promises about outcomes or about how long a repair or product will last, and nothing on this website should be read as one.

Any manufacturer terms that come with a product you buy are between you and the manufacturer.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Casselberry Pro Plumbing is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost income, lost use of your property or damage that was already developing before we arrived. Our responsibility for any claim connected to a job is limited to the amount you paid us for that job.

Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under Florida law that cannot be waived.
