This page explains how that works in practice, including what we do not do. If you are comparing plumbers, the last section shows how to check anyone's license yourself.
What happens when you call
We do not run an online request page or an email queue. A call to our 24/7 emergency line is the only way in, which keeps the process short.
- A dispatcher answers and asks what you are seeing, such as water on the floor, a drain backing up or a heater that has gone cold.
- If water is actively escaping, the dispatcher coaches you to the main shutoff and tells you what to leave alone.
- Your job goes to a licensed plumber, and a same-day appointment is offered when one is available.
- On site, the plumber finds the cause first and gives you a clear price before work starts. You can say no.
- After the repair, the plumber runs a pressure check or flow test on what was touched, then cleans up the work area.
Who sends the plumber and who does the work
Casselberry Pro Plumbing handles dispatch and customer contact. The repair itself is done by licensed plumbers, and we are licensed and insured. We keep this page free of names and slogans because the license record is the useful part, and you can look that up in a minute.
Dispatch matters because plumbing problems are rarely what the first phone description suggests. A ceiling stain might be a supply leak, a drain leak or condensation from an air handler. The dispatcher's questions help send the right tools, and the plumber on site confirms the real cause.
What we work on
Most calls fall into a few groups. Backups and slow sinks go to drain cleaning, and recurring main line trouble often leads to a camera inspection of the sewer line. No hot water usually means a water heater repair or a replacement when the tank has failed.
Water that should not be moving gets a leak detection visit, and sudden failures go to burst pipe repair. We also install and repair fixtures, from a dripping faucet to a jammed disposal, and we take commercial plumbing calls. The full list lives on the services page.
What we do not do
Honest limits save you time. Here is where we draw lines.
- We do not give a final price for work we have not seen. A plumber has to look first.
- We do not promise a specific arrival time. We say when same-day appointments are available and keep you posted.
- We do not take bookings through a website. All contact is by phone.
- We do not tell you which jobs need a permit. Permit rules vary, so ask the Casselberry Building Division.
- We do not push replacement when a repair will hold. If a part is the problem, we say so.
- We do not take on electrical or roofing problems outside plumbing. We will tell you to call the right trade.
How to check any plumber's license
Florida licenses contractors through the Construction Industry Licensing Board under the Department of Business and Professional Regulation. The public lookup is at MyFloridaLicense.com.
Choose Verify a License and search by license number, individual name or business name. Check both the business and the individual qualifier, then confirm the status is current. This works for us and for every other plumber you consider.
Our office on Semoran Boulevard
Our office is at 1211 Semoran Blvd, Casselberry, FL 32707. Semoran Boulevard is SR 436, the city's main east-west commercial corridor, and it connects with US 17-92 and Interstate 4 nearby.
That matters in a city with more than 30 lakes and ponds, because a soggy yard after a storm is not always a broken pipe. A local plumber knows to test the meter before anyone digs. The office is where paperwork lives, and repairs happen at your home. Our email is contact@proplumbingcasselberry.com for non-urgent paperwork, though plumbing problems should always be a phone call.
How we think about pricing
Plumbing prices depend on access, parts, scope and the time of the call. A leak under a vanity is a different job than a leak inside a finished wall, even if both drip the same amount.
That is why the plumber diagnoses first and quotes second. You get a clear price before work starts, so a repair never begins on an open-ended promise. If the plumber finds something new once a wall is open, we stop and explain before going further.
Where we serve
Our primary coverage is Casselberry, ZIP codes 32707, 32718 and 32730. We also serve Longwood, Fern Park, Oviedo and Winter Park. Winter Park is in Orange County, so its building department and utility differ from Casselberry's.
For the full map of towns and ZIP codes, see the service area page. If you are unsure whether your address is covered, call and ask.
