This page lists each town's ZIP codes, how far each one sits from our office, and what is different about plumbing there. Distances are estimates, not arrival promises.
Casselberry, ZIP codes 32707, 32718 and 32730
Casselberry is a Seminole County city about 10 miles north of downtown Orlando. Three ZIP codes are confirmed for our coverage. ZIP 32707 carries street delivery and includes our office. ZIP 32718 is mostly a PO Box ZIP, with some street delivery on Live Oaks Boulevard. ZIP 32730 is listed by USPS under Casselberry and is shared with Fern Park.
If your mailing address uses one ZIP but your home sits closer to another, tell the dispatcher the street address. The street, not the ZIP, decides coverage. Fern Park Estates, the historic development begun in 1925, lies inside Casselberry, and we serve it as part of the city.
The city has more than 30 lakes and ponds, including Lake Howell, Lake Kathryn, Lake Concord and the Triplet Chain of Lakes. Homes near water often have wet yards after storms, so we start with a meter test before assuming a pipe has broken. For a full list of what we handle here, see our plumbing services.
Coverage at a glance
Use this table to find your town, your ZIP codes and the right page.
| Town | ZIP codes | County | Distance from office (estimate) |
|---|---|---|---|
| Casselberry | 32707, 32718, 32730 | Seminole | Local |
| Longwood | 32750, 32779 | Seminole | About 5 miles, roughly 12 minutes |
| Fern Park | 32730 | Seminole | About 3 miles, roughly 8 minutes |
| Oviedo | 32765, 32766 | Seminole | About 7 miles, roughly 16 minutes |
| Winter Park | 32789, 32792 | Orange | About 6 miles, roughly 14 minutes |
Longwood, ZIP codes 32750 and 32779
Longwood sits about 5 miles northwest of our office. SR 434 crosses the city from west to east and ends at US 17-92 on the eastern edge, and Interstate 4 touches the west side with one exit at SR 434. ZIP 32750 is the primary code, and 32779 also carries the alias Wekiva Springs. Wekiwa Springs State Park lies west of the city.
Longwood has a downtown historic district, so some homes are older than the typical suburban lot. Old shutoff valves and aging fixtures are worth having checked before they fail. Our Longwood plumber page has the local details.
Fern Park, ZIP code 32730
Fern Park is an unincorporated community in Seminole County, about 3 miles from our office, and its ZIP 32730 also serves part of Casselberry. Gordon Barnett started Fern Park Estates in 1925, and the area got its post office in 1928. Hibbard Casselberry later carved the Town of Casselberry out of the middle of it, which is why the two places overlap on the map.
Because Fern Park is unincorporated, permit questions go to Seminole County, not a city. Ask the county before assuming a rule. Details are on the Fern Park page.
Oviedo, ZIP codes 32765 and 32766
Oviedo is about 7 miles east of Casselberry, and SR 434 runs through its downtown. ZIPs 32765 and 32766 are the street-delivery codes, and 32762 is a PO Box ZIP. Water comes from the City of Oviedo, which uses wells in the Floridan Aquifer and chloramine disinfection, while Casselberry uses chlorine.
Much of Oviedo's growth came after 1980, so many homes are likely newer than Casselberry's. Newer homes still need water heater attention and fixture repairs, and the age of any one house is on the county property appraiser record. See the Oviedo plumber page for more.
Winter Park, ZIP codes 32789 and 32792
Winter Park is in Orange County, not Seminole County, and that matters. Its building department and its water utility, the City of Winter Park, are different from Casselberry's. If you need a permit or have a billing question, you would deal with Winter Park's offices, not ours. ZIP 32789 covers the city center, ZIP 32792 is the other street-delivery code, and 32790 and 32793 are PO Box ZIPs. Orlando lies just south.
Many structures in Winter Park are more than 100 years old, and central Florida sits on limestone, so a meter that keeps running or a persistent wet spot deserves prompt attention. Read more on the Winter Park page.
What is the same everywhere we work
No matter which town you call from, the process is the same. A licensed plumber diagnoses the problem, you hear a clear price before work starts, and the repair ends with a pressure check. Same-day appointments are offered when available, and the line is open 24/7.
We do not promise arrival times, because traffic on Semoran Boulevard, US 17-92 and I-4 changes by the hour. The distances above are estimates to help you understand the geography, not a commitment.
